The rule that governs all of it: browsing and previewing results is always free. You are charged only when a record is added to your list and it carries usable contact data. No email, no charge. And if one record comes back with five email addresses, you still pay once.
1. People Search
Start with the person, not the company. Search by job title, seniority, function, keyword, industry or location and get named individuals — founders, owners, VPs, buyers, whoever signs the cheque in your market.
Titles and roles are sourced from live professional profiles rather than a static database, so you are looking at who holds the job now, not who held it two years ago. Add a person to a list and you get their verified business email; add phone enrichment and you get a direct number instead of a switchboard.
Use it when: you sell to a specific role and you need to reach that human directly.
2. Industry & Local Search
Name a business type and a place. "Dentists in Miami." "HVAC contractors in Calgary." "Wedding venues in Kent." You get back every matching business with address, website, phone and contact data attached.
This is the highest-value search in the platform on a pure cost-per-contact basis, because one business often returns several reachable email addresses and you are only charged once for the record. Work a niche one city at a time and you can map an entire regional market in an afternoon.
Use it when: your customer is a local business and geography defines your territory.
3. Company & Employer Search
Target the organisation first, then find the people inside it. Filter by industry, headcount, location, keyword or the technology a company runs, then surface contacts within the companies that match.
Because charging is per contact rather than per company, a well-chosen filter on a 200-person target account can hand you an entire buying committee. Pair it with People Search to go deep on the accounts that matter most.
Use it when: you sell B2B with a defined account profile and multiple stakeholders per deal.
4. Domain Search
Work backwards from a website you already know. Paste a domain and get the reachable contacts behind it.
This is the fastest way to action a list you already have. Conference attendee lists, association directories, competitor customer logos, a spreadsheet of companies your team has been meaning to call — feed the domains in and get contactable humans out.
Use it when: you know which companies you want and just need a way in.
5. Buyer Intent Search
Stop guessing who might be interested and find out who is actively looking. Buyer intent surfaces companies researching topics and keywords related to what you sell, right now, across the open web.
Fresh intent signals are the ones worth paying for. A company that started researching your category in the last couple of days is in the earliest and most winnable part of its buying cycle, usually before it has spoken to any vendor at all. Standard intent covers a wider seven-day-plus window when you want volume over immediacy.
Use it when: timing is your edge and you would rather call twenty warm buyers than two hundred cold ones.
6. Website Visitor Identification
Most of the people who visit your website leave without filling in a thing. Visitor identification tells you which companies were there, so the traffic you already paid to attract stops being anonymous.
Someone reading your pricing page for four minutes is a live signal. Match the visit to a company, pull the right contacts, and follow up while the interest is still real.
Use it when: you are spending on traffic and want to convert the 97% who never fill in a form.
7. Influencer Search
Find the creators, commentators and community leaders in your niche, then decide who is worth approaching. Base search returns the profiles; optional enrichment adds follower counts, engagement rates, recent posts and social performance data.
The two-step design is deliberate. Cast a wide net cheaply, then only pay the enrichment rate on the handful of profiles that actually look worth a partnership conversation.
Use it when: partnerships, affiliates or sponsored reach are part of how you sell.
8. Property Search & Skip Trace
Search property records by area and criteria to build a target list, then skip trace to reach the owners directly. Skip tracing costs a fraction of the base search, so qualifying first and tracing second keeps your spend tight.
Use it when: you sell to property owners — contracting, restoration, real estate, insurance, home services.
Beyond search: what the platform does with the leads
Finding the contact is step one. Every plan also includes the tooling to act on it.
- AI agents and autopilot searches — set a search to run on a schedule and feed new matches into your pipeline without you touching it.
- AI Assistant — researches each prospect and drafts the opening that fits them, rather than a template blast.
- Multi-channel outreach — email sequences, SMS, and Voice AI agents that qualify and book on your behalf.
- CRM integration — push straight into SimpleUP CRM or your existing stack, or export to CSV.
- Saved lists, custom labels and analytics audits — organise, segment and score before you spend a minute selling.
What everything costs. Every search type has a published per-record rate, and your plan loads a lead wallet each month that all of it draws from. Unused balance rolls over. See the full rate card or compare plans.
